Hand width: Circumference at the widest part, measured at the centre of the hand. Right-handers measure the right hand, left-handers the left hand.
Foot length: Distance from the end of the heel to the big toe, measured barefoot while standing.
(1) Body height: Vertical distance measured between the highest point of the head and the sole of the foot with the body in an upright position and the legs closed.
(2) Chest girth: Maximum horizontal circumference under the armpits, over the highest point of the chest, measured with normal breathing.
(3) Waist girth: Circumference at the natural waist line, between the highest points of the hip bones and the lower ribs (narrowest point).
(4) Hip girth: Largest horizontal circumference of the torso measured in the hip/buttock area at the highest lateral expression.
(5) Armlength: Distance from the acromion to the carpal bone, measured above the tip of the elbow, with the arm hanging down.
(1) Body height: Vertical distance measured between the highest point of the head and the sole of the foot with the body in an upright position and the legs closed.
(2) Chest girth: Maximum horizontal circumference under the armpits, over the highest point of the chest, measured with normal breathing.
(3) Waist girth: Circumference at the natural waist line, between the highest points of the hip bones and the lower ribs.
(4) Hip girth: Largest horizontal circumference of the torso measured in the hip/buttock area at the highest lateral expression.

(4) Site length: Distance measured laterally on the body from waist line to the floor (without shoes), from waist to hip the tape measure runs along the body.
